About Steve Dulak

American Physical Therapy Association in both Illinois and Wisconsin. Steve has been a therapist since 1995, and in 2004 he started his own practice. Steve holds a Master of Physical Therapy degree (MPT), and is also both CPR and First-Aid certified.

Steve's mission is to provide the highest quality assessment, treatment, and education to each patient. He uses a one-on-one model; never treating more than one person at a time. Steve believes in personalized service. He is committed to return of function, injury prevention, and long term wellness through exercise and patient education. Steve believes that education is the core element to all patient care as it enables the patient to demonstrate self-responsibility and enhances outcomes.
